– Customer representative in order to assure that customer requirements take into account internally and uptodate.
– Feedback, making report to customer when having any abnormal
– Coordinate with Quality Managers to discuss and resolve product quality issues raised by customers.
– Support when having customer audit, perform the process audit
– Monitoring the customer’s requirement
– Training and verification of effectiveness of Production Quality responsible for business unit products.
Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết
– Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Electric or other related fields
– Strong in communication with customer
– Good at English, Can use Korean is a plus
– Analysis skill, 8D report skill
– Basic knowledge about ISO9001, customer satifaction
– 3 year in a similar position
– MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Explorer, SAP (QMS profile). User level.
