– Conduct efficiently organization and individual needs analyses, designs/develops in-house development solutions and/or researches.
– Collaborate effectively with Department Heads and Leaders to prepare and assist with creating performance management, skills building and career progression programs and initiatives.
– Create competency models, success profiles and partners with People. Development Operations on career path maps, as well as development programs.
– Serve as a facilitator for training such as Leadership and OD programs to ensure effectiveness as yearly plan.
– Support initiatives to reinforce organization culture and values to improve corporate engagement and performance.
– Partner with People Development Operations to design and execute annual performance management process as needed.
– Be proactive in related OD initiatives as needed.
– Perform other related duties as assigned
Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết
– Bachelor degree.
– A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience is required.
– It is a plus for candidates to have experience in leading project or team.
– Acknowledge in KPI set up and implementation.
– Strong verbal and written (Vietnamese & English) communication and organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required.
– Good communication skill, critical thinking skill.
