– Provide professional and differentiated services to customers
– Proactively service customers to leave satisfactorily
– Support customer service to ensure consistent application of company brand standards and service culture
– Work responsibly for all operations in the lobby
– Allocate a room so that customers can be fully satisfied at check-in
– Helping all customers get information about the hotel’s facilities and providing the best personal service
Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết
– Understanding of the hotel operations process (especially GRO related sector)
– Business standard ability (MS-Office and Opera etc)
– Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and general knowledge of the area (tourist information, etc.)
– 2-year college graduate, bachelor degree preferred(Hotel management related major preferred)
– At least 1 year of GRO service or Frontdesk, Concierge experience
– Experience in various cultural backgrounds preferred
