– Ensures safety, health and environmental working conditions are always followed Provide support to Production to ensure compliance of HSE standard both from group and local statutory requirements.
– Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time injuries are kept to a minimum.
– Implementation of policies, procedures and systems to provide for a safe and secure business operation.
– Govern the procedure for control of visiting guests and contractors with respect to HSE compliance.
– Represent the company with local government organizations related to safety, security and health.

– Responsible for setting and achieving the budget for the SHE department.
– Ensure that all safety, security & environmental issues are managed fulfilling the requirements of all the regulations applicable by Vietnam laws.
– Ensure that emergencies are handled fulfilling the requirements of the regulations applicable nationally & internationally.
– Insure all SHE records, and data are promptly and accurately updated and reported.
– Make training schedule and conduct training relating to SHE.
– Other assignments provided by Line Manager.

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

– Bachelor qualification in HSE or engineering or related discipline·
– Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and maintaining management systems
– Strong strategic and conceptual skills with ability to execute and follow through
– Positive influencing: ability to convince others, gain agreement or acceptance of plans, activities and ability to move others willingly towards a desired goal or course of action
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurship, result oriented, negotiation, problem solving, project management, business acumen
– Good reporting skill
– Good at English
