* Sales & Market Development
– Make weekly, monthly work plan
– Allocate sales and distributor targets for each sales staff in the assigned area
– Sellny products in the assigned area
– Receive & deal with customer complaints or timely report to ASM in case of completed problems
– Update the sales status of distributor
– Track and monitor the quality of company’s products in the market.
– Recommend measures, trade policy to promote effective sales
– Take care guests of new distributors when they want to visit the existing distributors.
– Make periodical reports as prescribed
* Staff development
– Involve in guiding and coaching staffs
– Arrange jobs for staffs
– Monitor the compliance of regulations on labor safety of myself and staffs
– Monitor and evaluate the results of sales staffs

* Working place: Ninh Thuan

Kinh nghiệm/Kỹ năng chi tiết

– Qualification: Bachelor in livestock or aquaculture industry, veterinary, business administration
– Language: Communication English
– Computing: Fluent Microsoft office, email…
